Triathlon Swim Training-Early Mornings w/ Peter Kotland
Freestyle swimming for the purpose of competing in a triathlon for beginners all the way to advanced. The class will be broken up into like ability levels with different workouts for beginners and more challenging workouts for intermediates and advanced. During the workout, athletes will receive feedback on stroke mechanics and technique.
Early Morning Training with Peter Kotland
Lessons for athletes from beginner to advanced. Instructed by Iron-man and professional triathlete Peter Kotland. These classes are designed to take you from where you are and reach your swimming goals through poolside coaching. Athletes should at least be able to be comfortable in the water alone, doing basic front and back float incorporating face in the water.
Classes are MONDAYS 6am-8am
