Adult Pickleball Classes
Pickleball 101 is a class designed to introduce beginners to the fundamentals of pickleball, a fast-growing, fun, and social sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. Participants will learn the basic rules, scoring system, and techniques of the game, including proper serving, volleys, and dinks (soft shots).
The session focuses on teaching through drills, practice games, and interactive coaching, allowing participants to gain confidence in their abilities while enjoying a low-impact physical activity. Pickleball 101 is conducted in a friendly, welcoming environment, making it perfect for those new to the sport or looking to improve their skills. By the end of the course, players will have the knowledge and ability to play recreational pickleball games confidently.
This class is ideal for youth and adults age 15 and older and fitness levels, promoting both physical fitness and social connection. Equipment is usually provided, and participants are encouraged to bring water, comfortable athletic clothing, good tennis shoes, and a readiness to learn a new sport!

Pickleball 201 (Advanced Class)
Pickleball 201 is where you take your skills to the next level. Participants have been playing for a while and have a pretty good handle on keeping score, court positioning, and simple basics of the game. Participants will master the basics of drops, drives, serves, and returns!
If you want to get better at the simple fundamentals of the game and take your game up a notch then this clinic is for you!
