• In 2022, an estimated 287,850 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S., along with 51,400 new cases of non-invasive breast cancer.
• About 2,710 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in men in 2022.

Well, put on your boxing gloves because we are going to FIGHT back! 

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Being active and engaged is an important part of staying healthy, regardless of your age.

Sign-up at the Front Desk or online | Activity Card will stay at Front Desk

Rules:
Check off challenges on Member Card at the Front Desk.
Must complete 12 Challenges and turn in card to Front Desk by Sunday, Oct 30th to enter raffle!
Some activities can be done on off days if schedule does not allow.
Some activities require a Y-Staff’s Signature/Initials and are scheduled events and must be attended on the day and time.
There are ways to get your name entered in the raffle more than once!
*Limit 3 and still have to complete 12 challenges!
**An email will go out 72 hours before the Small Group Training Days Session as these are first come, first serve and are built for a private group with a max of 5 people. These are V.I.P. Workouts so be ready to reply asap!

A 60 min Personal Training Session – $40 value
A 60 min Small Group Training Session for you & 2-5 of your Y-Friends – $35 per person value
