Functional Movement

This class is for YOU if you’re experiencing limited shoulder mobility. You’ll be led through several screenings to identify areas of muscle tightness and given shoulder specific stretches and exercises to help increase your range of movement, reduce tension, improve flexibility and prevent injury.

Dates: April 6th – May 13th

When: Tuesday & Thursday 1:15pm – 2:00pm
