RISE- Recreation, Inspiration, Service, & Exercise
The RISE program is for adults 21 years and older who have learning differences or physical limitations. We serve the Spartanburg area by giving participants weekly fitness and recreational classes. Class is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00-3:00 pm. This is a drop off program. RISE participants must be able to do personal care independently.
A completed annual intake form is required prior to the participant’s first day in the program. Intake forms are available by request and at the Member Services desk.
Class Meets on the following locations:
Tuesday’s from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Thomas E. Hannah YMCA, 151 Ribault Street, Spartanburg.
Thursday’s from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Willis Road Family YMCA 501 Willis Road, Spartanburg.
